Beauty Contest at Port Blair: Ishita Biswas crowned as Miss Andaman 2023
A Beauty Pageant recently took place in Port Blair, where young women from various islands participated and displayed their skills in catwalk, mental attitude, and social awareness. The event, organized by beauty pageant organizers, received an overwhelming response from the participants.
After a rigorous competition, Ms. Ishita Biswas, a B.Sc student at JNRM College, Port Blair, hailing from Billiground, was crowned Miss Andaman 2023 by the judges. In an exclusive interview with Andaman Sheekha, Ms. Biswas expressed her gratitude towards the organizers for their guidance and education to all the participants.
Ms. Biswas believes that her win will encourage other girls from rural areas to participate in social activities and enhance their morale. She urged youths to work hard and choose the right path to achieve their dreams.
